[HollyMutual-Announce] System off today

All:

CWW was able to get here last night to turn on the wells, but
unfortunately the second property's new main cutoff valve was installed
backwards. As it is a stop and waste valve, it flooded the excavated
hole. CWW had no choice but to turn the Holly Mutual water off again.

We are trying to coordinate getting the valve flipped around to its
correct orientation this morning, but at the moment I have no
information about when this might happen and when the water can be
turned back on. I will advise the list when I know more.

In the future and barring an emergency leak, we will be requiring
homeowners with non-functioning valves to wait until we are off the 24
hour a day testing schedule to make any repairs. When Holly Mutual
water is off during the day anyway, as it is all summer, arrangements
can be made for cutoff valve replacement and pressure testing that
should not impact the entire neighborhood.

In lieu of the multiple interruptions that have prevented many of you
from having your irrigation companies reactivate and test your
irrigation systems, we plan to extend the 24 hour supply for testing
purposes until the end of May.

Cheers,
Mark
