[HollyMutual-Announce] System off today

All:

We were advised yesterday that one of the two properties has completed 
their main valve replacement, but the other was waiting for their 
landscaping company to finish. When I checked at noon today, this still 
was the case. At the moment we can't turn on the Holly Mutual water 
because that property's pipe is uncapped and would flood the area.

As a backup plan I have asked Colorado Water Well to either cap the 
line for now, or work with the property owners to install a cutoff 
valve. We are on their schedule, but it likely won't be until tomorrow 
morning before they can stop by. At least until then we are stuck.
