[HollyMutual-Announce] Inconsistent Water Availability

Over the past week several of you have reported inconsistent water 
availability throughout the night. We have had Colorado Water Well 
(CWW) out several times and haven't been able to get this resolved.

All evidence points to the Whitehall well, which supplies water roughly 
from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 am. This well has the smaller storage 
tank, and CWW's current theory is the Whitehall well is running out of 
water. However there are a few holes in this theory. To address the 
possibility that the well timers were getting desynchronized, CWW 
decided to considerably overlap the the well-to-well transitions, but 
this fixed nothing and made identifying the real problem more difficult.

At this stage we are still working to figure out what is going on. In 
the past I would simply stay up all night and periodically note the 
times when the water pressure went up/down, but I am largely 
immobilized from knee surgery. Regardless, I will advise you when we 
actually know what is going on.
