[HollyMutual-Announce] No water on Thursday

All:

One of the properties on Holly Mutual water has a leak in their 
irrigation system, and their cutoff valve is inoperable. Unfortunately 
this means we will have to turn our water supply off so this valve can 
be replaced. It is my understanding that the failed cutoff valve has 
been excavated and exposed, and the contractor will be replacing it on 
Thursday.

Our plan is to continue to provide water today (Wednesday) until 5:00 
pm to support any irrigation companies that may be working in the 
neighborhood. After that we will leave the water off until the 
property's contractor replaces the valve and we can test that it can 
hold pressure. There is a chance we may be able to turn Holly Mutual on 
earlier, but for planning purposes we are scheduling CWW to reactivate 
the system on Friday morning. I'm recommending that you reschedule any 
visits your irrigation companies have for Thursday and Friday morning. 
I will advise this list when our water is back on.
