[HollyMutual-Announce] Irrigation schedule change

All:

Our official policy is to reduce irrigation hours from midnight-10:00 
am to 3:00-10:00 am on August 16th. Because of the hot weather in 
August and because we had problems with one well in July, we delayed 
this a couple of weeks. I've called Colorado Water Well to switch the 
timers, and they plan to do this the week starting September 2. There 
was no definitive date set, but you can adjust your irrigation timers 
when convenient.

Our official system shutdown is September 30th, but we will likely be 
able to extend this also. Stay tuned and I will let you know as we get 
closer to that date.
