[HollyMutual-Announce] Water leak repairs

As is typical for this time of year, I don't have the best of news to 
offer. We have been struggling to find an excavator to repair the two 
mainline Holly Mutual leaks that were recently discovered.

Today we were able to engage an excavator, but they will not be able to 
start work until Monday/Tuesday next week (May 21-22). Colorado Water 
Well believes this work should be completed within 2-3 days. However 
past experience advises this is a best case estimate and it could take 
longer. I will keep everyone informed when I have any updated 
information.
