Several folks and I have been noticing intermittent water outages since 
at least Friday last week. A few days ago we were able to isolate this 
to the times when the Piedmont well supplies water: 2:00-4:00 and 
6:00-8:00 am. Colorado Water Well was by late last night and determined 
the distribution pump was indeed not operating. They don't know yet 
whether this is simply a controller programming problem, a failed 
controller, or a failed motor, but their controller expert is supposed 
to be by this afternoon. Once we know the cause of the problem, I will 
update you with our plan to address it.
