We had a minor well system hiccup on Monday, but ever since we have
been chasing down leaks caused by irrigation systems that were not
properly serviced for winter. I'll try to remind everyone in the fall,
but please remember to ask your irrigation companies to completely
close your cutoff valve, and not open it again until all downstream
valves and drains are closed. We seem to be experiencing more problems
than ever in the last few years. This directly costs Holly Mutual to
have Colorado Water Well running back and forth, prevents homeowners
from counting on an orderly system startup, and me the time to
coordinate everything.
The system will be turned back on Friday morning and left on 24 hours
per day for testing and setup. I'm afraid we might still have at least
one more property with an open valve, so I'm not yet confident we'll be
able to leave everything on.
