All:

The Holly Mutual system is scheduled for re-activation on April 16. 
Colorado Water Well (CWW) has been testing the system and has found no 
problems to date. However we typically experience new leaks at this 
time, and major breaks in the past have required us to turn the system 
off for repairs. Thus I would be cautious about scheduling your 
irrigation companies until we have several days of successful operation.

I do have a special request, and that is for everyone to keep an eye 
out over the next two weeks for leaks on or near your property. For the 
past few years, we have experienced problems caused by irrigation 
companies that forgot to close the drain valves on irrigation systems. 
This causes no problem over the winter while our water distribution is 
turned off, but results in floods in the spring, potentially causing 
serious damage for which Holly Mutual is not liable. CWW will be 
testing again this week, and if there are leaks, they may reveal 
themselves before the official start date. Of course we also appreciate 
knowing of any Holly Mutual pipeline leaks you discover, so we can get 
those fixed as soon as possible.
