[HollyMutual-Announce] Another leak

All:

I'm sorry to report that another leak has been discovered not far from 
the Piedmont well. We were forced to shut down the Holly Mutual system 
again until this can be corrected. At the moment it appears we will 
need to excavate the main pipeline. It typically takes several days to 
get an estimate and the permits to proceed, so we are unlikely to be 
back in operation before mid next week. If any better information 
develops I will send an email via this list, and certainly when full 
operation is restored.
