All,

A month ago the Holly Mutual system was set for 24/7 operation to allow
homeowners and their irrigation companies the opportunity to test and
activate their watering systems during daylight hours. Normally our
policy has been to allow two weeks for this, and starting around the
first of May, we adjust the well timers to provide water according to
our published schedule: 3:00 to 10:00 am before June 16 and after
August 15, and midnight to 10:00 am from June 16 to August 15. Each
Holly Mutual shareholder is allowed to water two days per week, and
only on the days specified for each address.

Because of this year's April snowstorms, we chose to delay this
changeover and had not yet set a time to make the switch. However the
timers were inadvertently changed to only run from 3:00 - 10:00 am, and
this was discovered on Saturday. I checked with CWW today and requested
the wells revert back to 24/7 operation. CWW will call me once this has
been accomplished, and I hope to post this in the next day or two. If
your irrigation company is scheduled to work in the next few days after
10:00 am, you might consider rescheduling their visit.

Just so I don't have to bother you again with yet another email, on May
31 we will be changing from 24/7 operation to the normal 3:00 - 10:00
am operation.

Cheers,
Mark
