[HollyMutual-Announce] System is operational

All:

I'm sorry this email is a few days late. The Holly Mutual system was 
activated on Friday, April 15, and should be fully functional. Please 
advise us of any problems or leaks. For the next 2-3 weeks the system 
will provide water 24 hours per day to allow you to activate and test 
your irrigation systems. However actual irrigation is still restricted 
to 3:00 to 10:00 am on your two designated watering days per week. I 
will advise when the well timers will be reset to the standard 
irrigation times.
