All:

Unfortunately the Whitehall well proved to be not working. I called CWW 
earlier this morning to report the problem, and they will be checking 
it again today. The only good news is the Piedmont well is working, and 
we should be providing water from 4:00-6:00 and 6:00-8:00 am at least.
