[HollyMutual-Announce] End of year shutdown

All:

While Holly Mutual technically plans to supply irrigation water through 
the end of September each year, we normally consider extending the 
season when the weather suggests and our year-to-date water usage 
allows. As many of you have surmised from the lack of a shutdown 
warning message, this year we have run the wells into October. The time 
has come to shut the wells down for the winter, and we are planning to 
do this on or about October 31st.

As always, we will send a message in the spring when the wells are 
again ready for operation, which is targeted for April 16th.
