[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak Update

All,

The excavator visited the site of the leak yesterday and, because of 
the location, believes it will be necessary to hand-excavate most/all 
of the dig. Their crew will not be available until Saturday morning, so 
we will have to suffer a one day delay from the original plan for a 
machine excavation on Friday. CWW still has hopes we might be up and 
running again by Monday. I will be providing status as I hear back.
