[HollyMutual-Announce] System turn-on plans

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All,

The Holly Mutual system is scheduled to be turned on Thursday, April 
16. I confirmed with Colorado Water Well today that they are ready. 
Normally we leave the system on until 5:00 pm for the first few weeks 
to allow homeowners and irrigation companies to test their systems. 
Please realize that any time outside of your normally scheduled time is 
for testing only, not irrigation.

Given our past history, I would recommend waiting a couple of days to 
schedule a visit from your irrigation company. Hopefully any issues 
that might appear can be quickly identified and corrected. In 
particular, please watch for new leaks, as this is the time they will 
first appear.
