[HollyMutual-Announce] Another leak upate

All:

This morning I again spoke with Colorado Water Well about progress 
towards fixing the leak that has delayed our system start. This leak 
has proved difficult to locate. A fair tract of ground is saturated 
with water, meaning where the water appears on the surface has been far 
from the leak. Because of the amount of water involved, we suspect this 
is a leak in the Holly mainline that might have started a year ago. CWW 
completed a large excavation last week, and today will be pumping water 
out of the hole. After that we hope to have further news.
