[HollyMutual-Announce] Another leak update

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

Not unexpectedly water filled the excavated hole last night, and we 
were forced to shutdown the Holly Mutual water distribution. It appears 
the leak is likely under Piedmont, which requires changes to our 
permit. While there is a chance we could start digging again this 
afternoon, more likely it will be Friday. I will keep updating you as 
information becomes available.
