[HollyMutual-Announce] Irrigation schedule reminder

All:

Although the weather this summer has been rather the opposite, we have 
entered the 'cool weather' period for Holly Mutual irrigation. 
Nominally this begins on August 16th, and the well timers are reset to 
run from 3:00 - 10:00 am. This year we are running a little late, and 
Colorado Water Well has advised us they plan to make these changes on 
or around Wednesday, August 21. Please adjust you irrigation timers to 
reflect this.
