CWW has reported back on the data logger results, and to no one's 
surprise here the wells alternate between normal water pressure and 
very little pressure every two hours. Then sometime between 8:00 and 
10:00 am the system runs out of water.

The first problem is specifically linked to the Whitehall well, and CWW 
plans to be there early tomorrow morning to isolate what is causing the 
low pressure. The second problem is almost certainly caused by running 
our storage tanks dry. Based on historical numbers, this should not 
happen if everyone is only irrigating on their assigned days.

As we now have conclusive data, I have instructed CWW to alter the well 
distribution timers to our fall schedule of 3:00-10:00 am, effective 
immediately. This is normally scheduled for August 16, but this year's 
hot weather and well troubles resulted in our decision to keep the 
extended times until now. Please adjust your irrigation timers to match 
the new schedule.
