[HollyMutual-Announce] End-of-year system shutdown

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

The Holly Mutual Water Company will be shutting down its water 
distribution tomorrow, November 1. Our official schedule is to turn off 
the distribution on October 16, but we elected to keep the system on 
another couple of weeks because of warmer weather and system problems 
we experienced over the summer.

We are overdue for a shareholders' meeting and hopefully we will be 
able to schedule this sometime over the next few months.
