I just talked to Colorado Water Well (CWW) regarding the lack of water 
over the past couple of weeks. At the moment the Whitehall well is not 
functioning, and the parts to repair it will not arrive until early 
next week. This leaves us only with the Piedmont well. According to CWW:

1. At the moment the well timers are still set so they alternate back 
and forth between Piedmont and Whitehall. This is normally how we 
operate. Unfortunately this means the water supply will come and go.

2. Because of the unseasonably warm weather, heavy demands on the 
Piedmont well could easily be exceeding its ability to supply any water.

Looking at our small set of options until the Whitehall well is fixed, 
I decided to put the highest priority on helping shareholders start up 
and test their systems. A number of you have had their irrigation 
companies come out to do this, only to discover there was no water 
pressure. We don't want this to continue.

To this end CWW has promised to reset the well timers so the Piedmont 
well will run the entire day. However because of its limited capacity, 
we will only be able to supply water from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm until the 
Whitehall well is back online. CWW committed to make this change later 
today, so if all goes according to their plan, we should be on this 
schedule by Thursday.

The downside is of course we will not be able to provide water for 
irrigation until the Whitehall well is repaired. Please only use Holly 
Water to test and set up your irrigation system until we advise 
otherwise. As tempting as it may be to irrigate during the day, if the 
Piedmont well runs out and/or is overtaxed, there will be no water for 
anyone.

Starting tomorrow, could anyone who is testing their system please 
advise me at <hollymutual at taom.com> whether you have water pressure or 
not? If there are problems, I will immediately call CWW and send 
notification to this email list.
