All,

The Holly Mutual system has been exhibiting erratic water pressure for 
the past few days. Today Colorado Water Well determined this was caused 
by an over-current power fault and they have reset the protection 
circuits. The storage tanks may not be completely full in time for 
operation tonight, but we expect that within a day or so we will be 
running at full capacity again.

Normally Holly Mutual switches on August 16 to our "cool period" 
watering hours of 3:00-10:00 am. Because of the unseasonably hot 
weather, we elected to extend the "hot period" watering hours for a few 
additional weeks. Now that the temperatures are falling, we need to 
change over to the shorter schedule to stay within our yearly water 
rights limit. Please readjust your irrigation timers to run from 
3:00-10:00 am, as CWW will be changing the system timing to this by the 
end of this week.
