[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All Holly Mutual Shareholders:

The wells were put into operation on April 18th. Yesterday we were 
forced to temporarily turn off the water distribution because of a 
potentially serious water leak not far from the Piedmont well. Colorado 
Water Well is investigating, but we do not expect any actionable 
information until Monday. No water will be available until this is 
rectified, and we apologize for any inconveniences.
