[HollyMutual-Announce] Main line break status

As I'm sure everyone is aware, the wells have been turned off for the 
past few weeks while we try to repair a break in part of our main line. 
There have been a number of coordination issues along the way, but the 
main problem has been getting Colorado Water Well's excavator to the 
site. The excavator has been given a deadline of this afternoon, or CWW 
will fire them and not use them in the future. CWW has promised us that 
one way or another someone will be digging today and tomorrow. At the 
moment, the best outcome would have full operations restored by 
Wednesday, but we don't have a good track record for such predictions.

I generally try to minimize sending emails to this list, but I 
apologize because I should have sent something earlier. I have been
