[HollyMutual-Announce] Wells now fully operational

All:

Colorado Water Well completed the repairs to the Piedmont well over the 
weekend and has finished adjusting the synchronization of the two 
wells. Both wells are now fully operational and we are able to provide 
you with irrigation water according to our normal "hot season" 
schedule. Please only water on your two allocated days. The updated 
schedule and status are available at:
