All:

Since the wells have been repaired, the system has been overwhelmed by 
demand for the past week. In some cases, we ran out of water early and 
in other cases no water was available at all, because our distribution 
system was overwhelmed. As all well equipment is operating properly, 
this was likely caused by the failure of some properties to abide by 
the irrigation schedule. Unfortunately the result affects us all.

Starting Friday, October 6, we will be changing the water distribution 
hours to 10:00 am - 5:00 pm each day. Your watering days will stay the 
same. This will help us better monitor schedule compliance and identify 
any other problems present in the system. Our current plans are to 
supply water this year through the end of October. Please adjust your 
irrigation timers and advise us if you continue to experience problems 
with your water supply.
