All:

The apparent cause of the Piedmont well failures has been identified 
and should be repaired sometime on Wednesday. The Whitehall well is 
operating but alone cannot provide enough water for full system 
operation. It too needs some repairs that we hope to complete by the 
end of this week.

Until the repairs are completed, the water supply will be intermittent. 
Please irrigate only on your assigned days and try to limit use as much 
as possible. For those who are trying to schedule their irrigation 
system companies for maintenance work, we will advise when the water 
supply is again consistent. We will also try to extend the available 
hours temporarily to provide more time to get your systems up and 
running.
