[HollyMutual-Announce] Well power failure status

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

We lost one phase of power to the Whitehall well within the past day, 
preventing that well from operating. Xcel Energy was contacted and 
power has been restored. At this time the well's storage tank is low 
and it may take a day or so to fill to capacity. Until then we may 
experience erratic water pressure.
