[HollyMutual-Announce] Well problems

The Piedmont well failed sometime on Sunday or Monday from what we can
tell. At the minimum a replacement for our 15-year-old motor controller
needs to be ordered and shipped from New York. In the worst case we may
also have a failed well pump motor; Colorado Water Well is currently
pulling the pump to find out. Either way it appears the Piedmont well
will again be down for at least a week.

The Whitehall well is still fully functional and we were successful in
early July operating the entire system from it alone. However we have
to be careful not to drain down its storage tank as this had caused
serious problems in the past. Therefore we are asking all owners to
strictly limit irrigation to their assigned days and to the hours of
2:00-10:00 am, which is our current, cool-weather schedule. We also
expect to have to shift the watering schedules for a few properties as
we did in July. We will contact those owners individually.

If these restrictions are followed, we hope to continue providing water
until the Piedmont well can be restored to operation. Otherwise we will
be forced to shut the system down until that time. Thank you in advance
for your cooperation.

Cheers,
Mark Derbyshire
