To:  Holly Mutual Water Homeowners

Re:  Our 2005 Watering  Schedules

We will begin delivering water on April 15, 2005.  The
schedule which is included indicates the days and
times water is available for your gardens and lawn.

The watering schedule will be for 2 days per week and
will vary in hours based upon low and peak conditions.
 In other words, longer hours when the weather is
supposed to be hotter and drier; shorter hours in the
wetter, cooler months.

We are legally constrained as to the total amount of
water we can use each calendar year.  If we abuse
this, we lose the right to manage our own well.
Please take  care to follow your schedule and report
any broken pipes or leaks you may notice.  As we have
mentioned previously, the success of our system,
including quantity of water and good sprinkler head
pressure, hinges on our ability to cooperate as a
community.  Using the system on your off days and
times reduces  your neighbors' pressure and delivery,
and also depletes the holding tanks that allow
continuous supply during the demand times.

Please be informed, again, that using Holly Mutual
Water for water features, swimming pools, ponds,
washing vehicles, construction or maintenance tasks is
not allowed.  The water is not treated to sanitary
standards and is solely intended for watering of
vegetation on your property.

Last year, we had excellent results and reliability,
thanks to the efforts of our engineering volunteer.
He worked with our well maintenance company and the
result was stable, reliable delivery of water with
good pressure.
