[HollyMutual-Announce] System shutdown and Denver Water update

Our original Holly Mutual water use projections for this year indicated 
that we would reach our annual water allotment by September 30th and 
would need to shutdown the wells at the time. However water usage was 
significantly lower than expected, perhaps aided by the cooler and 
wetter summer along with efficient water usage by Holly Mutual 
shareholders. We were able to extend the irrigation season another 
month, and will be shutting down the wells for the winter on November 
1, 2004. Please complete your irrigation needs by that time.

Steve Wright received a notice to Holly Mutual from Denver Water 
regarding the new rates that Denver Water will begin implementing on
