In order to comply with Denver Water's drought restrictions and be able to 
use Holly Mutual well water for irrigation, you need to post a Denver Water 
permit sign on your property. Failure to post the sign could lead to a 
citation by the water patrol, which could lead to fines, flow restriction 
and/or termination of service by Denver Water.

Dave Evans has obtained signs for all property members and has graciously 
offered to serve as the distribution point. Please call Dave at

as soon as possible.
