[HollyMutual-Announce] Watering Schedule Change Reminder

This year a new watering schedule was established that attempts to balance 
the limitations of our well system with our irrigation needs. To this end 
the schedule provides increased time to water during the hotter weeks of 
summer (June 16 - Aug 15).

Now that this period is coming to an end, the schedule requires that 
watering times be reduced to 6 hours on your designated watering days. 
Please adjust any irrigation timers you may have to water between the hours 
of 3:00 am - 9:00 am, starting on Saturday, August 16.
