Not much today. We visited the National Ranching Heritage Center, which is a
very cool museum of ranching including many relocated buildings from the
ranching era. She's in front of one such buildings in the picture, with the
dome of one of Texas Tech's sports facilities in the background. I assume it's
for basketball right next to the football stadium and the baseball field.
Frazier Pavillion is right among those buildings, where the Tournament will be
played. A little endgame study in the campground too. A bit late to brush
things up, but maybe one thing will come in handy at some point.



We checked in at the Gordon Hall where Dewain Barber and GM Susan Polgar greeted
new arrivals. Opening ceremonies are tomorrow at 1:30 with speeches and so on
and the first round and Movie Night for the evening on the schedule.
