For some time there has been a really excellent site on Chess Tactics
(www.chesstactics.org) containing a lengthy online book by Ward
Farnsworth titled "Predator on the Chessboard".

Ward has indicated for a long time that there might be a hard copy
version in the future; apparently that time has arrived!  The Book is
now offered in a 2-volume Hard Copy version at www.lulu.com.
