Hi Brian,

I have followed your emails with great interest, especially the Fishing Pole
games. They have been very instructional. I have only been playing chess for
about a year, so I have a lot to learn. Since I am still on the steep part of
the learning curve, most of my games are via email. Against the advice in your
emails, I decided to play the Fishing Pole in an email game. I ended up with
two passed pawns for my knight, but I could not get either of them through. I
realize the list is pretty long, but, if you have time, I would appreciate your
ideas about what I could have done differently. After all, you are the book on
this line.

Best regards,
Cory
